By browsing, accessing, or placing simulated sandbox orders on the Nitec storefront, you represent that you agree to be bound by these legal guidelines and agree to operate within sandbox checkout rules.
2. Warranty Coverage
Nitec provides a 24-Month official brand warranty covering electronic faults. This warranty does not cover issues arising from personal negligence, unauthorized hardware modifications, water submersion beyond IP rating thresholds, or physical drops.
3. Sandbox Checkout & Orders
All checkouts conducted on this platform are for demonstration and testing purposes. Payment simulations do not process actual credit routing parameters, and order invoices represent mock templates. Actual physical hardware delivery is contingent on custom retail routing outside the sandbox environment.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
We respect your privacy. All user profile records (email, shipping addresses) are stored securely inside our serverless Neon database framework. We do not sell user data to advertising entities. Sandbox cookies are utilized to manage logged-in sessions and persist the local storage shopping cart.
